the process

finally we get our own house - a home to live in... though we have loan - not a little sum, at bank to get this house but still we feel satisfied. not really big, it is only 36 sqm building sitting on 84 sqm area. it was a long - long way of process to get the loan approved from the bank. before the approval was a heavy time of days. we have paid the deposit to the owner to confirm that we want that house, we must have the money no matter what. we need a house to be our home... ayah called budhe as & tris to get the additional loan since eventhough the bank approved the loan, it will still not enough. bu dhe as gave some amount, bu dhe tris promised to source some amount to standby and ready to call when needed. bunda also get some of our relative informed on this, some of them also standby some amount, even though not many and also could not be taken directly. at the end with the additional amount of loan from budhe as, it was enough... thanks god we did all the transaction and final administration with the bank on May 27 - 28, 2008. final payment to the owner was done on May 29, 2008. by then... the house is formally belong to us... now we are planning to move from our rented house to our own house... could not wait for it, especially when we will touch-up the exterior, interior and equipped the house... let's go shopping...
