makyang & uwo emma visit to bali

makyang who works and stays at jakarta finally visited bali… she came together with her mother - uwo…

it has been a long long time that mak yang really keen to visit us, but time has not permitted till finally made

makyang is bunda’s cousin… when bunda was in school she was staying with uwo emma family or she called her etek emma, that’s why bunda and ayah treat uwo emma as their own mother

makyang and bunda area at the same of age but their schooling was different, after senior high school makyang went to an university in padang city, while bunda after the vocational school majoring in culinary she got a job at one of the hotel at bukittinggi and where she started the career and by that time she left uwo emma house and stayed at bukittinggi

in this visit, at the same time where ayah, oom feri and etek nunik were having day off, as well abang was not going to school since it’s Sunday, we went to  bedugul… we rent a car but ayah only able to got small car… therefore etek yeni and dek rahma were not joining… no more space in the car…

left the house at around 10.00 hrs, straight to bedugul… but could not drive faster since the car was a small city car and occupied by six adult and two children, quiet over loaded actually. and it was not a really clear day… just when we reached tabanan (before baturiti area) the rain came vary hard, until we reached bedugul. it’s going up hill under the rain… uh not that really good journey…

first to do at bedugul, we drop at a masjid just before the kebun raya for dzhuhur praying, though it was rain quiet hard so om feri went down first to masjid and toke one of the umbrella there and pick us who still in the car one by one. lucky that we could park the car not that really far from masjid

thanks god, after finish praying the rain was stop, fully stop… so we entering kebun raya going round and round seeing almost the whole area of kebun raya with a car and look for the nicest area for a meal. we choose the area which got lake view… we had lunch there. A tasteful and fulfilling lunch for hungry stomachs

after lunch then we proceed to bratan lake and we had ashar praying there… uwo emma was too tiring and she could not managed to step up the stairs to the masjid, it was too high and for her who got problem in climbing up the stairs become impossible to do, she sat near the parking area and wait for us there till finish

then we proceed to the market… looking around and buy some strawberry. it was not in season so the strawberry was not many and the quality was not that good

we planned to tanah lot after bedugul, but it was too late. that time we left bedugul was already 17.00 hrs and surely with the condition of the car will not be possible to reached tanah lot in one and half hour for the sunset time… so we decided to drop by krisna at sunset road before reaching home to buy some of the souvenir

we reached home at about 21.30 hrs
