ayah and his team in sales and marketing of his hotel went out for an outing and teambuilding program… this is a kind of yearly program from the hotel for each department but organized individually by each department. it’s up to each department to decide on what program, the hotel provides a hundred thousand rupiah per employee.
if need more sum then they should fund the amount.
this time ayah and his team went to ubud… back to nature… the destination point is sawah indah…
starts with bus riding from nusa dua then the first stop was the starter for cycling tour. it was 9km and the first half way was going up-hill… fiuhhhh but the scenery was nice and we have break in between… then we down slope so our leg could have rest… while still riding and we could enjoy the scenery that so amazing
passed trough the “okokan village” where a lot of white flamingo nesting at the most of the tall tree in the village, and covering most of the tree becomes white from the distance. the villager have believe not to disturb those birds otherwise bad luck will turns to the village.
the next was trekking, trough the rice field… a lot of mud along the way; crossing river, sliding down slope, etc… quiet tiring but fun. then we reached sawah indah, where actually this is a restaurant by the rice field… but not for having meal instead ayah and team continue in having the games; dry games, wet games and of course games in the mud.
every one participated then after showering having the meal for lunch… wao after the long day spending most of the energy, that was really need… food
after all, everyone enjoyed and really had the memorable experience…
