there was an integrated water recreation opened at pecatu on january 01, 2011 and it is located behind our housing complex… for sure abang and adek already updated on this issue.
they have been longing for this especially when they say the advertisement of the opening along the road, plus when the park did pre-opening few days before start from december 26, 2010. those period there was no entrée fee, some of the neighbor did visit the park. abang and adek always asked when they could pay a visit but ayah could not managed the day off until new year eve…
the day had come… ayah could take day off after the new year eve celebration. the event is in the afternoon so we all went there after ashar and that time tante emma was at home with om nengah.
reaching the park the we proceed directly to the water slides area, noticed that this green park was not “green” yet, few facilities was not working yet but we could see that there will be huge facilities there…
could not wait, abang and adek changed to swim suit and… get wet. abang by him self but adek need to be accompanied so ayah jumped in too.
abang tried most all of the slides but adek felt scary until finally ayah advised her that we just could go home if adek only play around on the shallow water then adek would try the first slide but together with ayah… you know what? after the first slide adek did not want to stop… hehehe
then the time nearly magrib… ayah got all of them out of the water and get changed. at the same time bunda got some free food from the stall together with tante emma… not too bad for filling the stomach. then we decided to sent home for a bath but adek did not want to so she stayed with bunda and tante emma since om nengah should back to work for a while. only ayah and abang went home.
after a bath ayah returned to the park and there was a show performance by famous indonesian artist… slank, anag and aurel and few more… so we watched the show
when the grand show, there was a firework party as well on the sky above us… wao to exchange the new year eve celbration that adek and abang not able to have due to weather and ayah were not at home… then that firework party was an exchange for them. so many fireworks with different model type and color, until some of the dirt (like ash) falling down to our face since we were facing to those fireworks…
quiet fun for the new year celebration… and it’s all free J J J
